Fiori offers golf-course homes within Tuscany
Rhodes Homes' Tuscany Residential Village offers Fiori, a three-story townhome golf-course development in Henderson. The Tuscany-inspired project is composed of 200 home sites, many located on the 18th fairway of the golf course.
Floor plans are Residence 2106, Residence 2268 and Residence 2307, named for their respective square footage.
The three-story units have two bedrooms, three baths and a powder room, a second-floor terrace, an optional third bedroom and an attached two-car garage.
The builder is offering pricing incentives when buyers use its preferred lenders, according to sales manager John Means.
"Fiori is right in the heart of the Tuscany master plan, so its architecture and color palates all blend well with the Tuscan theme," he said. "Many visitors to the community tell us as soon as they enter the main gates, they feel like they're in another world. There is less congestion and noise than in the city, and we have beautiful views all around us."
Homes in the gated townhome neighborhood are priced from the $200,000s.
Tuscany Residential Village is a master-planned community developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Rhodes Homes.
The centerpiece of the community is the Tuscany Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson Jr.
The 6,906-yard, par 72 course was recently named Golf magazine's No. 1 Golf Course in Las Vegas in its annual BBQ (Bang for the Buck Quotient) rankings.
Tuscany's 35,000-square-foot recreation center, La Vita Tuscana, includes a lap pool, lagoon pool, hot tubs, a full workout facility, aerobics room, indoor and outdoor basketball, racquetball, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, billiards, conference rooms, social areas, park areas and jungle gyms for children.
