Staircase sets tone at Rhodes' La Luna

Rhodes Homes' La Luna subdivision within Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson contains two-story homes with staircases as a prominent feature, according to the builder.
"Many of our home buyers have said that the value of the homes that we're offering at La Luna far exceed the prices that they've paid for them," sales agent Mary Maddox said. "The staircases set the tone for the design of homes that blend value with luxury in a way that's completely unique to Rhodes Homes."
She cited the 3021 floor plan as being noteworthy.
"Buyers love the 3021 and the sweeping staircase that welcomes you into the home," Maddox said. "And for buyers looking for a single-story floor plan, La Luna's 1724 is a home design we offer that's proven very popular as well."
The neigborhood expects to welcome its first residents in the coming weeks.
La Luna features four floor plans, each named for its square footage.
Residence 1724 is the subdivision's only single-story design, and features three bedrooms with a den, study, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Residence 2390 has three bedrooms, a den, study, three baths and a two-car garage.
Residence 3021 has three bedrooms, a den, study and two-car garage.
The largest plan is Residence 3431, which includes five bedrooms, a loft, 4 1/2 baths, and a three-car tandem garage.
Six model-home complexes, comprising 22 models, are open at the Montebello, La Piazza, La Luna and Avellino neighborhoods. Several of the floor plans are also available at three additional neighborhoods: Terrazzo, Mazzini and Arezzo. The homes come in one to three stories with lofts and great rooms available.
Prices start from $367,325.
When complete, the community will feature a road that loops through all of its 18 subdivisions, and an 18-hole golf course unifying the nearly 2,000 homes.
A recreation center is slated to open this year.
