La Piazza's floor plans diverse

Rhodes Homes' La Piazza neighborhood within Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson offers a diversified array of interior design features, according to sales manager John Means.
"Buyers at La Piazza have told us that the interior and architectural designs we offer are unmatched in terms of visual appeal and value," Means said. "The uniqueness of Residence 3008 is one of the reasons why people visiting the models at La Piazza are so impressed."
The 3008 model is highlighted by a dining room with a 20-foot ceiling.
"The floor plans at La Piazza, as with our other homes at Tuscany, were created in the same manner as custom homes," Means said. "Buyers have a great base to work with when adding their personal touches and they can feel confident that they own a truly distinctive home."
Options are available for lofts, dens and entries.
Tuscany features 22 models, showcasing 30 floor plans, in six neighborhoods: Montebello, La Piazza I, La Piazza II, La Luna I, La Luna II and Avellino. Homes are also available in the neighborhoods of Terrazzo, Mazzini and Arezzo.
The designs range from single-story homes to three-story homes with lofts.
Prices start from $367,325.
The community is developing around a public golf course and will feature a recreation center and a road that connects all 18 neighborhoods.
