Rhodes Homes' Montebello offers designer kitchens
Cooktops, island included in culinary features
Residence 2017 at Tuscany Residential Village's Montebello neighborhood features a kitchen designed for entertaining, according to Deanna Forsyth, a sales associate at Tuscany.
Located at the rear of the 2,017-square-foot home, the kitchen is centered around an island of 32 square feet in size, and includes a Bosch cooktop and a separate preparation sink.
The island also includes a breakfast bar that can seat six comfortably.
"You don't get many kitchens like the one in Montebello Residence 2017 that gives homeowners that kind of space, especially in a single story home," Forsyth said.
"While the kitchen is spacious, and the island is conducive to both conversation and gourmet cooking, the home's design seamlessly integrates the kitchen into the rest of the home."
Residence 2017's design offers sizeable cabinet space. The plan's appliances frame the island, providing for quick access to resources required when cooking, according to Forsyth.
"Everything in the kitchen is very well placed so that whoever is doing the cooking has simple avenues of access to cabinets, the oven, refrigerator and microwave," she said.
The residence makes use of the great room design while the kitchen anchors the residence's living room and dining area.
The homes of Montebello feature kitchens that are as equally appointed, according to Forsyth. Standard with each kitchen are beach cabinetry with crown molding, refrigerator areas pre-plumbed for automatic icemakers and a large pantry.
This community of single-story and three-story homes offers five model homes open to the public, with two variations on model homes also available for purchase.
Montebello recently released 16 new lots for the construction of new homes with views of the development's golf course, surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas Valley.
Six model home communities, comprising 22 models and over 33 floor plans, are now open in the Tuscany master plan.
Each offers floor plans which range from single and two-story homes, to three-story homes with lofts, great rooms and kitchens featuring large center islands.
Prices in Tuscany begin in the high $300,000s.
Upon completion, the plan will encompass 18 neighborhoods within the 18-hole, Ted Robinson Jr.-designed golf course community. The development will house an estimated six thousand residents living in nearly two thousand homes.
At the time of buildout, the master-planned community will also include a small retail complex called Botticelli Market Place.
A 35,000-square-foot recreation center is currently under construction that will be open to homeowners of the community and will include a basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, fitness room, meeting rooms, card room, billiards, tennis courts, lap pool, lagoon pool, children's play area and picnic area.
