Tuscany Village is a master planned golf course community regulated by Covenants,Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Our Home Owners Association, the Tuscany Master Association, is a non profit organization that is in charge of maintaining the common areas and making sure the residents in Tuscany Village adhere to the rules set forth in the CC&Rs.
There are several committees, groups of volunteer Tuscany Village homeowners, that meet regularly and assist the HOA in the compliance process, audit of finances and preparation of the budget, organizing events, monitoring safety and other issues. Check out the committees page for more information.
